FAQ

  • The event can be accessed using most devices and browsers, however, Google Chrome and a strong internet connection are highly recommended. Please also enable cookies and turn off ad-blockers as these may interfere with the broadcast.

  • Click ‘REGISTER’ in the toolbar at the top of the page. Once you have selected your preferred pass and completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking information.

  • To login, you must locate the joining instructions email (received on 1st December, or in your confirmation email if you registered after the 1st December). This email contains your unique password and a direct link to the Live page via the 'JOIN THE LIVE BROADCAST' button.

    If you have your unique password, you can go to The Global Boardroom Live page directly.

  • Our platform supports Google Chrome (strongly recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge (Chromium). You may be able to use other browsers, but they are not officially supported and your experience may be adversely affected

  • Once you have joined the live broadcast, you will be on the stream which runs throughout the event. You do not need to find a different stream for different sessions.

  • You may have accidentally unsubscribed. Please contact the FT Live Customer Services Team at FTLive@ft.com

  • Have you checked if sound is coming out of the correct device? To toggle between multiple outputs connected to your device (e.g. internal speakers, headphones and AirPlay), click the gear icon ⚙️ on the top right of the live-streamed session. You will then be able to select which output and input devices you want to use.

  • If you want to be more organised when planning to see your favourite talks, you can click on the 'add to calendar' icon next to each session in order to add the session into your calendar.

    This will not take you to the broadcast however, it is just designed to organise your day.

  • Video on demand is available for Professional passes and Corporate Package holders. To watch the content on-demand, you will require a different password to the live broadcast. This password will be located in the event emails received before, during, and after the event.

    The sessions will be available to watch via The Global Boardroom VOD website for up to 90 days after the event.

    Recorded sessions will be available to view approximately 1 hour after each live session ends.

  • The Event will have a networking community where you can connect with like-minded professionals and arrange virtual meetings with attendees ahead of the event. You will need to be a professional pass holder to access this community hub. The community will be live 1 week prior to the event.
